Max Bolleman (born 1944 in Venlo, Netherlands) is a Dutch jazz musician engineer & producer.

In 1983 he started a recording studio specialized in jazz music in Monster, the Netherlands. At the same time he was working as an optician-optometrist.
Later on in 1986 Bolleman started a completely new recording studio named Studio 44 in Monster.
The same year he brought his profession as an optician-optometrist to an end. His studio became widely known.
In 1989 he received the "Export award" from the Dutch government because of the worldwide success.
